Blogger Gary Hayes has put together a remarkable, embeddable, constantly updating widget that will show you exactly how much social and mobile media is being used every second.  You can just go to the site and get dizzy watching the numbers change, or you can go directly to the sources.  The sources of his numbers are here, just so you will know the enormity of it all:
