As if to emphasize this point, Integrated Media Measurement Inc is tracking TV, radio and theatrical content that is delivered via mobile.  They found that in September, 3% of smartphones were used for content consumption, and by November, that number was up to 9%. At the same time 92% are using PCs to view content.  And here’s the interesting part. In September, 17% of the respondents got their content from PCs and none from television.  By November, that number was up to 19%.
